Established in 1988 in the city of Juárez, Chihuahua, the Mascareñas Foundation is dedicated to benefiting young people who dare to dream. The Foundation provides scholarships to students who have shown exceptional capacity and dedication, but lack the necessary economic resources to continue with their higher education. With the same intent, the Foundation offers it's support to the arts in a continuous effort to stimulate cultural interest among young people and every member of our community.

It is important to recognize that the scholarships offered by the Foundation are awarded only to students from the city of Juárez, Chihuahua, with a minimum of three years of permanent residence there. In a similar manner, the students may seek to attend various accredited institutions of higher learning in the city of Juárez, or foreign institutions such as The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), New Mexico State University (NMSU) or El Paso Community College (EPCC) and others.

Your donations to the Foundation, a private non-profit organization, are tax deductible. Your generous support for the Foundation can be designated for specific scholarships or the general scholarship funds. Your contributions help establish a basis which will serve generations to come, assisting with their education, promoting arts and culture, and creating a better future for the City of Juarez and the border region.
